That’s some seriously over priced real estate no? But if the future of mankind looks bleak to you, this is a small price to pay. War may be a serious reality, a nuclear fallout seems inevitable given the situation between US and North Korea. But you don’t worry, we got your housing needs covered. Presenting your very own luxury nuclear bunker 45ft below the ground in Savannah, Georgia.

Beautiful isn’t it? Spread over 32 acres of land, it has about 14,000 ft of living space, 3ft thick walls, an air intake system, a nurse’s room, decontamination showers, and a CCTV system worth $100,000. This bunker was built in the Cold War in 1969 and is renovated to have 4 spacious apartments that each include a kitchen, a dining area, two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom.

Since it can withstand a 20 kiloton explosion, the price is justified. But hey, if the war doesn’t kill me, selling off my kidneys for purchase dough will kill me first! 🙁 WHAT IS THIS PRICE MAN?
